Arrow Air, Inc. (Arrow) hereby requests a Statement of Authorization pursuant to 14 C.F.R. sec. 208.5 for a long-term wet-lease to Aerolineas Mundo, S.A. (AMSA), an air carrier of the Dominican Republic. The purpose of the Statement is to enable Arrow to wet-lease DC-8-62/63 aircraft to AMSA for its all-cargo service between the Dominican Republic and the United States as authorized by the Department and the civil aviation authority of the Dominican Republic.
