Application to operate one roundtrip passenger charter flight between Miami, Florida and Nassau, the Bahamas on June 28, 1997. Aero Costa Rica proposes to operate this flight on behalf of Wilson International Services, Inc. ("Wilson"), a public charter operator, and will use B-727-100 aircraft with 118 passenger seats. Aero Costa Rica understands that the passengers on this flight plan to travel from Nassau to Havana, Cuba on another flight chartered by a non-U.S. entity and that the passengers qualify under the regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control to travel to, from, and within Cuba.
