This letter is submitted on behalf of Aero Costa Sol, S.A. for the purpose of advising you that Aero Costa Sol is withdrawing its application for a Part 212 Statement of Authorization, filed on May 15, 1998, requesting authority to perform a series of cargo charter flights for Federal Express, in light of the decision by Federal Express to withdraw its application for an exemption to provide service to Costa Rica at this time. A copy of this letter is being served upon all persons served with the Part 212 application by Aero Costa Sol.
