Re:  Wet Lease with Aerochargo

The operation consists of service over the following routings:

The wet lease operation began in June 1995 under previous TAL ownership and management and has continued uninterrupted since. Although the wet lease was not submitted to the Department the FAA was aware of the arrangement for in 1997 TAL's new principal operations inspector had placed in the carriers Operations Specifications a provision entitled "Aircraft Wet Lease Operations" (A-28). Furthermore, TAL's monthly Part 217 traffic reports showed the flights operated on behalf of Aerochargo.
