Application for Statement of Authorization - Wet Lease W/Taino
ABX Air, Inc. ("ABX"), doing business as Airborne Express, hereby seeks a Statement of Authorization permitting it to provide two aircraft and related flight crews to Taino Airlines, S.A. ('Taino") pursuant to a long term wet lease agreement. Taino is the flag carrier of the country of the Dominican Republic. ABX will lease, with crew, two DC-8-63 freighter aircraft to Taino for a period of 24 months, unless the agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with its provisions.
