Application for Special Authorization

Effective February 15, 2008, and terminating February 15, 2009, permission is granted under 14 CFR §375.70 of the Department's regulations to A-Jet Aviation & Management GmbH, a foreign civil aircraft operator of Austria, to the extent necessary to permit it to operate up to twelve one-way or round trip passenger flights during the 2008 calendar year between a point or points outside the United States and a point or points in the United States.
