More specifically, XL is requesting authorization pursuant to § 212.9(b)(1) of the Department's Regulations to enable it to provide service from Rome to Miami and Iberworld is requesting a statement of authorization pursuant to § 212.9(b)(1) to operate that service for XL. The flight for which these authorities are being requested will transport cruise passengers back to the United States.
