Application for Statement of Authorization

In accordance with 14 C.F.R. 212, TACA International Airlines, S.A. hereby requests a statement of authorization permitting it to operate thirteen roundtrip foreign-originating charter flights between Guatemala City, Guatemala, and Orlando, Florida, on behalf of Agencia de Viajes Ronel, S.A., a Guatemalan tour operator, during the period November 5 through December 22, 2005.
