March 5, 2004 Re: Notice of Wet Lease Terminations Atlas Air, inc. wishes to notify you of the termination of the following wet leases and Part 212‑approved arrangements:
By: Russell Pommer 2004-03 March 2, 2004 Re: Application for a Statement of Authorization - Wet-Lease to EVA Airways World and EVA have entered into a long‑term wet lease pursuant to which World will operate MD‑ 11 aircraft on behalf of EVA for scheduled all‑cargo services between Los Angeles‑Taipei and Chicago‑Taipei. The Los Angeles flights will operate twice weekly and the Chicago flights will operate one time per week. Part 212 authorization is requested for the period commencing March 6, 2004 and ending March 5, 2005. Pursuant to Section 212.9(a), World requires a statement of authorization to conduct these long‑term services on behalf of EVA. World will operate wet lease services for EVA using MD‑11 aircraft with a payload capacity of 195,000 lbs The flights will involve the transportation of general cargo.
