Office of International Aviation Filings for March 27, 2001

Pursuant to Section 375.70 of the Department’s Special Regulations, All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. ("ANA") seeks to continue Special Authorization 99-128, as amended, for a one year period. Special Authorization 99-128 was first approved on March 25, 1999, and was most recently approved on March 20, 2000. Special Authorization 99-128, as amended, allows ANA to provide free transportation under ANA’s code to various categories of individuals listed in Section 375.35(b) of the Department’s Special Regulations and Sections 223.(a), (b), (d), (e) and (i) of the Department’s Economic Regulations. The transportation is provided on flights operated by United Air Lines, Inc. in the Washington Dulles- Orlando, Florida and Chicago O’Hare- Orlando, Florida markets.
