Notice of Termination of Codeshare Services

Pursuant to the conditions in Statements of Authorization 98-303 and 98-330 (August 9, 1998), Continental, Continental Express and Air France notify the Department that they will terminate all codesharing by Continental beyond Paris on Air France flights on March 25,2001, and all codesharing by Air France beyond New York/Newark and Houston on Continental and Continental Express flights on April 1, 2001. Codesharing between U.S. and French gateways will continue except for codesharing on Air France’s Miami-Paris flights, which will terminate on March 25, 2001.
