DHL Aero seeks authority to wet lease a B727-200 freighter aircraft to Cayman Airways to enable Cayman to perform certain scheduled all-cargo services for which Cayman Airways already holds U.S. permit authority. DHL Aero requests that the Department afford this application expedited treatment so as to enable DHL Aero and Cayman Airways to implement their arrangement as soon as possible.
