Amendment of Statement of Authorization (Long-Term Wet Lease for EL AL)
North American Airlines, Inc. ("NAA") hereby requests an amendment to its Statement of Authorization for a long-term wet lease for El Al approved on October 9, 1991, to enable NAA to operate on behalf of El Al three legs of three flights for academics between July 6,2000 and July 16, 2000. The segments to be operated by NAA are Portsmouth, Maine (PWM) to New York JFK on July 6,200O with 150 passengers, Newark (EWR) to Boston (BOS) on July 9,2000 with 150 passengers and EWR to BOS on July 16, 2000 with 120 passengers. North American will operate all the flights with B-737-800 aircraft.
