Application for Statement of Authorization - Wet Lease w/ JALways

JAL hereby applies for a statement of authorization to permit it to wet lease aircraft to its subsidiary, JALways Co., Ltd. ("JO") on a long-term basis JAL requests that the authorization have a minimum term of two years and extend to any aircraft operated by JAL and any scheduled or charter operation for which JO holds authority from the Department. JAL wishes to commence wet lease operations for JO on April 1. It therefore requests action hereon as soon as possible so as to permit advance arrangements to be made.
