Re: Amendment of Statement of Authorization No. 99-042

I am writing to notify the Department of Transportation of an amendment to statement of authorization no. 99-042. Charter flights approved on February 8, 1999, for operation by Mexicana Airlines between Miami and Havana/Holguin, Cuba during March 1999 will instead be operated solely between Miami and Holguin. The flights will be conducted on March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, 1999, resulyng in a reduction in the total number of flights from eight to five. The flights will be operated on behalf of Airline Brokers Company with B727-200 aircraft.

Re: Request for Extension of Authority - (Reference #99-35)

Volga-Dnepr J.S. Cargo Airline hereby requests an extension of the fourth freedom authority to operate one one-way cargo charter flight NASA/Orlando - Moffett Field, USA - Baikonur, Russia, granted to it by Statement of Authorization # 99-35 msued on January 27, 1999, to reflect its rescheduling for February 17-20, 1999. Volga-Dnepr will operate AN124 100 aircraft to carry outsized cargo. The Federal Aviation Adminiatration has been properly notified of the pertinent changes in the scheduling and routing of the flight.
