Re: Application for Renewal of a
Statement of Authorization
Finnair hereby requests renewal of a Statement of Authorization issued to it on October 30, 1996, which authorized it to carry passenger charter traffic on its regularly scheduled flights operating in the Helsinki-Miami market. Finnair asks that the renewal be granted for two years, and it also invokes the automatic renewal provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act and Part 377 of the Department's Special Regulations to permit this operating authority to remain in effect pending a decision on this application.
