Effective April 17, 1998, and terminating April 27, 1998, permission is granted under 14 CFR §375.70 of the Department's regulations to The Boeing Company to the extent necessary to permit.the operation of test flights in U.S. airspace with a UNI Airways (Taiwan) NID-90 aircraft, registration B-15301.

In the conduct of the operations authorized above, the operator must comply with all applicable requirements of 14 CFR Part 375, and with all applicable requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration contained in the Federal Aviation Regulations and applicable Orders of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Re: Passenger Schedules | Schedule

In accordance with the schedule filing requirements in effect for Eccuadoran carriers, enclosed please find Ecuatoriana de Aviacion's summer passenger schedule, effective May 1, 1998. The schedule includes a change only in operating time for Ecuatoriana's flight from Miami to Ecuador. There will be no change in the number of frequencies or days of operation. All flights will be operated with A310 or DC-10-30 aircraft wet leased from VASP Brazilian Airlines.
