Final Air Quality General Conformity Determination

This Final General Conformity Determination addresses the FAA's proposed federal action to issue an OpSpecs to Lynx Aviation, thereby authorizing the airline to accommodate operations as high as 65 daily LTO cycles at DEN (hereto known as the Proposed Action). The information presented in this Final GCD demonstrates that the Proposed Action would conform to Colorado's applicable State Implementation Plans and substantiates that the net emissions that would result from Lynx Aviation's proposed service at DEN would not be regionally significant. The SIPs are developed and implemented by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment's Air Pollution Control Division.
