GoJet Airlines, Inc. FAA-2007-27638 - Petition for Exemption from 14 CFR Section 121.434(c)(1)(ii) March 16, 2007 Petition for Exemption from 14 CFR Section 121.434(c)(1)(ii) This letter is to request that an exemption from compliance with 14 C.F.R. 121.434(c)(1)(ii) be granted to GoJet Airlines, Inc. This exemption request is identical to that granted to Chautauqua Airlines, Inc (Exemption No. 7353, as amended) and to that granted to Trans States Airlines, Inc. (Exemption No. 8054, as amended). GoJet requests relief from the following regulation: FAR 121.434(c)(1 )(ii) prescribes, in pertinent part, that if a qualifying PlC is completing initial or upgrade training specified in § 121.424, the PlC must be observed in the performance of prescribed duties by an FAA inspector during at least one flight leg that includes a takeoff and a landing.
