Renewal and/or Extension of Termination Date of DCA Slot No. 1497
Midwest hereby respectfully requests the FAA to renew andlor extend the termination date of Exemption No. 7370C granting to Midwest the right to use Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport exemption slot number 1497 for an additional two-year period, or for such longer period as the FAA may deem appropriate. Exemption 7370C expires on September 30, 2007. All of the public interest justifications favoring the grant of Exemption No. 7370, as renewed by Exemption Nos. 7370A, 7370B and 7370C, continue to apply, and consistent with prior precedent, the FAA should renew this Midwest exemption authority for at least an additional two-year period.
