Application for an Exemption

Lynx, A Mexican air taxi operator of small aircraft, requests an exemption from 49 U.S.C 41301 to authorize Lynx to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons and their accompanying baggage between Mexico and the United States. Lynx also requests stopover privileges and relief from the requirement to obtain advance approval for each MexicoU.S. flight. Lynx requests that this exemption be granted for a period of at least one year.

Lynx owns and operates a single 11 passenger Cessna Grand Caravan 208-B turboprop aircraft with Mexican registration XA-TBJ.
