Aeroexo respectfully requests that the Department grant applicant an exemption to provide foreign air transportation of person, property and mail between points in Mexico and points in the United States and subject to regulations of the Department, between points in the United States and other points worldwide pending issuance of it amended foreign air carrier permit, and such other relief as the Department may deem in the public interest.
