C.A.L. Cargo Airlines Limited (hereinafter C.A.L) hereby applies for a renewal of its exemption to provide scheduled foreign air transportation of property and mail between Tel Aviv, Israel and New York (JFK) and Chicago (O'Hare) via Luxembourg, with a technical stop in Gander, New Foundland. The authority for C.A.L. to provide scheduled cargo service between the above points initially was granted by the Department in Notice of Action Taken dated July 14, 2000. C.A.L.'s exemption authority currently is scheduled to expire on July 14, 2001.
